Whiskey Yard was created organically — a concept that evolved naturally from decades of culinary passion, hospitality, and design vision. Like all Epic Brands concepts, its logo carries a crown, but this time the crown is abstract, subtle, and waiting to be discovered.
Hidden within the design is the “WY,” which also symbolizes Wade & Yavonne, the partnership that has guided this journey for 36 years.

The menu is deeply personal — a culmination of dishes that have inspired us throughout our hospitality career. It reflects the flavors and experiences that shaped our path: Early influences from Pebbles in Lake Buena Vista in the 1990s.

Wade and I once poured ourselves into Vonn Jazz and Blues, a place that truly fed our souls. That same passion now lives on in Whiskey Yard, where guests can enjoy live piano during dinner hours and, on weekends, experience the energy of late-night dueling pianos
In keeping with our core values of love, respect, and community, 85–90% of the menu is certified halal, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and to nourishing the diverse communities we serve.
